Mr. Serpico is an of-counsel attorney at Serpico, Petrosino, DiPiero & O'Shea Ltd. and one of the firm's original founding partners. He represents persons who are involved in multi-dimensional family relationship issues and controversies, included amongst which are dissolution of marriage/legal separation, child custody, child support, maintenance and related matters. His primary focus is directed toward assisting clients in negotiating equitable resolutions to their disputes whenever practical and in his client's best interests. With over forty-five years of experience as a trial lawyer, Mr. Serpico is recognized as a skilled and capable litigator in family law practice and will likewise litigate matters when necessary and when economically practical and beneficial to his client. Mr. Serpico has also successfully argued cases on behalf of his clients in both the state and federal court of appeals. Mr. Serpico is committed to providing personalized service and attention to his clients and achieving the best possible results on their behalf.
