Kevin J. O'Shea is a principal and managing partner at Serpico, Petrosino, DiPiero & O'Shea Ltd. For over 25 years Mr. O'Shea has concentrated his practice in the area of civil litigation, primarily in personal injury. He has argued successfully before the Illinois State Supreme court, as well as the Illinois Court of Appeals and the Seventh Circuit Court.

Mr. O'Shea has counseled and represented elderly people who have been involved in competency disputes, as well as disputes relating to the administration and probate of wills and estates. Mr. O'Shea's main focus is in civil litigation and the representation of persons injured in all types of accidents. He has helped his clients achieve settlements and awards in the following areas:
