Plaintiff was proceeding south on Wolf Road. Defendant was stopped to make a left hand turn into a cemetery. As plaintiff proceeded straight; Defendant turned left, failing to yield right of way to Plaintiff. Defendant was issued a citation for failure to yield right of way. Plaintiff's motorcycle struck Defendant's front right passenger door causing him to sustain right intra-articular distal fracture, C4 spinal fracture, neuropathy in right radial nerve, frontal scalp lacerations and right upper arm and forearm swelling.
