Plaintiff (85) was being transferred from the bathroom when she fell forward from her wheelchair onto the floor, striking her head and suffering a subdural hematoma as a result of the nursing home's failure to provide adequate supervision, assistance, and necessary safety devices to ensure Plaintiff would not fall during this routine transfer.
