Amputation of the tip of thumb - Improper Guarding

Male (45) was operating a 72 inch coil slitting line with no protective guards, when his hand was caught in a roller pinch point located in the machine between the tail feed rollers and the pad tensioner, causing sever injuries to his hand with partial amputation of the thumb.
